The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Collision Customer Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division
  • Implementing sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with your direct supervisor
  • Determining priorities, call patterns, and frequencies to maximize effectiveness and productivity
  • Supporting regional programs and initiatives from St. Paul
  • Creating business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems, and tracking all activities in the 3M CRM tool

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which entails pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates hired for this role.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum):

  • Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in private, public, government, or military environments with at least 3 years of sales experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED (verified prior to start) with two (2) years of sales experience in similar environments

AND

  • Valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could enhance your success include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Financial acumen
  • Technical expertise in Automotive and/or Collision industry
  • Relationship-building skills with a competitive edge
  • Organization, self-motivation, and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools

Location: Southern Georgia

Territory: Central to Southern GA

Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel may be required

Relocation Assistance: May be provided

Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
