Job summary

Atlantic Emergency Solutions in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Collision Center Technician to perform minor to major collision repair, cab and chassis reconstruction, and body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards for fire and emergency vehicles. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., with overtime eligibility, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Body work experience with heavy trucks or emergency vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor to major collision repairs and cab/chassis reconstruction.
• Fabricate body components according to specifications and standards.
• Remove damaged parts and align panels; use wrenches and cutting tools.
• Finish surfaces: filing, grinding, sanding; operate power tools and hand tools as needed.
• Inspect alignment and adjust headlights and body panels.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and uphold quality workmanship.

Competitive Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00

At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Collision Center Technicians perform minor to major collision repair, cab and chassis reconstruction, and body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. This work supports fire trucks and emergency vehicles that first responders rely on every day.

You get stable hours, a Monday through Friday schedule, and the opportunity to work in a professional shop environment focused on quality and safety.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


• Overtime is available


• No rotating shifts

Work Environment

• Baltimore, MD


• Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional field or outdoor work as needed.


• Specialty work on fire trucks and ambulances

Key Job Duties

• Minor to major collision repair


• Cab and chassis reconstruction and body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards


• Removal of damaged fenders, panels, and grills


• Using wrenches and cutting equipment


• Filing, grinding, and sanding repaired surfaces


• Using power tools and hand tools


• Aiming headlights and aligning body panels
