Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Diehl Collision Centers is expanding! We are seeking a Collision Center Manager at our Cranberry collision center. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive work environment. Apply today and experience the Diehl Difference! Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality control.
2. Meet and exceed DRP objectives.
3. Manage estimators, parts, customer service representatives, and technicians.
4. Oversee Accounts Receivable.
5. Manage Open ROs.
6. Maintain appropriate work in process levels.
7. Set and achieve monthly sales goals.
8. Update customers on repair progress.
9. Review final work with customers.
10. Handle customer complaints.
11. Manage team including recruiting, hiring, and termination.
12. Collaborate with sales, parts, and service departments.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
14. Track waste and rework.
15. Maintain KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet, and Materials.
16. Achieve monthly sales of $170,000 - $200,000.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least two years of management experience; training available for candidates with verifiable estimating experience.
2. Current PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License.
3. Valid driver's license.
4. Experience with CCC One.
5. Mitchell estimating experience is a plus but not required.
