Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining day-to-day store operations.
• Plan and implement daily Collision Center operations to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower team members’ performance and success.
• Promote and maintain high professional quality standards in serving customers.
• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives.
• Deliver annual and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility.
• Monitor maintenance for shop equipment, including the paint booth.
• Provide staff training and ensure safety gear compliance.
• Open and close the facility according to procedures and schedules.
• Conduct daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage estimates, labor mix, and store capacity.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and safety programs.
• Attend monthly health & safety and managers meetings; participate in trainings.
