Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Buffalo, NY seeks a General Manager to lead the Collision Center's day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to policies and procedures.

You will coach team members, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety and quality standards while driving profitability and a high level of service for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly collision center budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure safety gear usage and dress code compliance.
