Job summary

Mills Body Shop in Evansville, IN, is seeking a General Manager to lead the CollisionRight repair center, with full accountability for financial performance, operations, teammate leadership, customer experience and local market growth.

You will drive center performance, manage P&L, set goals with the Regional Manager, ensure safety and quality standards, and build a high-performing team focused on customers and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within collision repair or automotive operations.
• Strong ability to lead teams and drive financial, operational, customer, and people results.
• Proven ability to use KPIs and scorecards to identify trends and improve results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CCC or similar estimating and repair management systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead center performance including P&L, revenue, expenses, and productivity.
• Achieve KPIs by ensuring leaders and teammates have training and accountability.
• Review scorecards and financial results to identify trends and take corrective action.
• Partner with Regional Manager to set goals and communicate progress.
• Manage staffing and resources to meet demand and financial objectives.
• Provide leadership and develop a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Develop center leadership and succession planning.
• Ensure operations comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and local market.
• Represent CollisionRight professionally in local market.
• Collaborate with People Operations on employee relations and investigations.
