Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Experience with CCC1.
• Understanding of repair processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily center operations, including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; lead by example.
• Monitor client metrics and overall financial performance.
• Ensure work quality aligns with SOPs, insurance partners, and standards.
