Job summary

Caliber Collision Ridgeland South is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, including risk management, production, client metrics, and administration. The role involves recruiting and developing teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly results to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Prior experience with CCC1 software.
• Advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personable customer service for internal and external customers.
• Physical stamina for demanding shop work.

Responsibilities
