Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a skilled collision estimator who will greet clients, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process from start to finish. You will work closely with collision technicians and insurers to ensure accurate estimates and timely updates for every client.

We value clear communication, empathy for customers in stressful situations, and a team-oriented attitude as you coordinate the repair plan and quality checks before returning the vehicle to the client.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years estimating.
• Experience with CCC; Mitchell is a plus.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License, clean drug screening and background.
• Familiarity with various insurance guidelines.
• Organized, self-motivated professional personality.

Responsibilities

• Work with collision technician to identify additional damage and best repair plan.
• Check in vehicle with client, review prior damage and obtain paperwork.
• Keep client updated and informed during the process, with positive relations.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies.
• We are a team and need a team player.
