Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator / Auto Body Estimator required.
• Experience with estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or similar.
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (spoken fluency a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

• Perform vehicle damage assessments and photo documentation.

This role plays a critical part in customer satisfaction, repair accuracy, cycle time, and overall collision center performance.

Role Summary

As a Collision Center Estimator, you will be responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and managing repair orders from intake through delivery.
