Job summary

Chapman Automotive Group in Arizona is seeking a Collision Center Estimator to join our team. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate with customers and insurers to facilitate repairs.

We prize accuracy, clear communication, and timely coordination with technicians. The role requires experience in collision estimation, proficiency with estimating software, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role.
• Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of collision repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Collision Repair is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document all necessary repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials required for repair work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to explain repair estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and communication with customers.
