Job summary

Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac in Bowling Green, KY seeks an experienced Collision Center Body Technician. You will refinish and refurbish vehicles to factory standards within set timeframes, using professional body shop techniques and precision.

You will operate all body shop equipment, disassemble/assemble damaged vehicles with dealer-standard parts, and uphold safety and quality throughout every repair step. This hands-on role directly supports customer trust in the Leachman name.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past two years.
• Strong automotive body technician background and hands-on repair experience.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Refinish & refurbish vehicles to factory standards within acceptable time standards.
• Properly operate all body shop equipment.
• Mechanical skills to disassemble and assemble damaged vehicles with replacement or repaired parts to dealer standards.
• Follow all safety standards in all steps of the repair process including protective equipment.
• Support team on projects and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all hazardous waste disposal procedures.
