Job summary

Bachman Collision Center in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician. You will reconstruct and repair vehicle bodies from minor dents to major damage, ensuring fit and finish meets our standards.

The role requires operating alignment machines and dent removal tools, and using various software and manufacturer resources. A valid driver's license and EPA/OSHA compliance are expected; ICAR certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of auto body repair experience; ICAR certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to operate alignment machines and repair tools.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

They know, understand and comply with the guidelines of the EPA and OSHA.They should have at least a year of previous and preferably be ICAR certified, although it is not required.Our company uses many different technologies and our Body Technicians are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
