Responsabilidades

• Complete collision repairs per estimate and to OEM standards with a quality-first mindset.
• Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and ensure correct parts are on hand.
• Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.
• Document supplemental damage and request additional parts/labor for complete repairs.
• Communicate early if anything may impact quality or promise time; partner with Estimators.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and techs to keep repairs flowing and customers delighted.
• Demonstrate professional, safety-focused behavior in all customer, teammate, and vendor interactions.

What you’ll do

• Complete collision repairs per estimate and to OEM/manufacturer standards with a quality-first mindset.
• Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and help ensure correct parts are on hand.
• Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.
