Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Dothan, AL to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with our speed, quality and customer-excellence standards.

You will work with teammates to meet KPIs, use cutting tools and welders, and participate in a branded repair process. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available, along with day-one benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents with fillers when needed and realign chassis as required.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld and attach parts, repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
