Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Ellisville, MO to repair collision-damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using OEM repair procedures and industry standards. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs, component replacement, fit and finish work, and rigorous quality checks while meeting production expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto body repair experience in the collision repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and manufacturer-specific repair requirements.
• Experience with structural and non-structural repair, welding, and vehicle disassembly/reassembly.
• Ability to read and follow repair plans, estimates, and OEM procedures.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate collision repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and review the approved repair plan before beginning work.
• Perform structural and non-structural body repairs in accordance with OEM procedures.
• Remove, repair, replace, and reinstall damaged vehicle components and body panels.
• Make appropriate repair-versus-replace recommendations based on safety, quality, and repair procedures.
• Perform measuring, pulling, welding, metal repair, panel alignment, and related body operations as qualified.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and on-time production expectations.
• Communicate additional damage or repair concerns to the estimator or production team.
• Maintain tools, equipment, PPE, and a safe and organized work area.

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to safely operate collision repair equipment.
