Fred Martin Collision Center, a top-rated shop in the Greater Akron area, is hiring a high-level Collision Body Technician who can move metal, diagnose damage, and turn hours into solid repairs.

Qualifications

• Full teardown and accurate damage assessment.
• Read and work directly from repair estimates; communicate supplements when needed.
• Perform repairs to OEM, I-CAR, and AllData standards.
• Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work.
• Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full teardown and accurate damage assessment
• Read and work directly from repair estimates — communicate supplements when needed
• Perform repairs toOEM, I-Car, and AllData standards
• Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work
• Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently

What We Expect:

• Collision experience across all makes & models
• Strong diagnostic ability — not just a parts changer
• Ability to produce in aflat-rate environment
• Team player who doesn’t slow the shop down
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
