Job summary

Fred Martin Collision Center in the Greater Akron area is seeking a high-level Collision Body Technician who can move metal, diagnose damage, and turn hours into productive work. The role covers teardown, repairs to OEM/I-CAR/AllData standards, frame work, welding, and plastic/body repairs across all makes and models.

We offer a flat-rate pay starting at $30/hour with top techs earning $100K+, a busy, well-equipped shop, and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently

What We Expect:

• Collision experience across all makes & models
• Strong diagnostic ability — not just a parts changer
• Ability to produce in aflat-rate environment
• Team player who doesn't slow the shop down
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
