S & A Paint and Repair in Lititz, PA is seeking an experienced B- or A-Level Collision Technician to join a professional, independent shop where craftsmanship matters and repairs are properly planned.

You will work with a team that follows OEM repair procedures, uses frame equipment and electronic measuring systems, and takes ownership from teardown to completion in a clean, air-conditioned facility with modern equipment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Currently at B-Level or A-Level skill level.
• Understand that modern collision repair requires research and proper planning.

Responsabilités

• Completing panel replacement, metal repairs, welding, and bodywork.
• Following documented OEM repair procedures.
• Working from a complete repair blueprint.
• Using frame equipment and electronic measuring systems.
• Repairing modern vehicles constructed with advanced materials.
• Communicating with estimators, parts, and production team members.
• Taking ownership of your work from teardown through repair completion.
• Maintaining an organized and professional work area.
