Job summary

Boyd Group in Starkville, MS is seeking an Auto Body Technician to accurately assess and repair vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle while supporting the company’s promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Ensure repairs align with KPI goals and quality standards.
Use tools to repair sections of vehicles and prepare/repaint surfaces as needed.
Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
