• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates; use tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Hammers out dents, fills dents with filler resins when needed, realigns chassis and frames.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interior parts.
• Welds and fits parts; preps and repaints vehicles to factory specification or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
