Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Controller with daily accounting and financial tracking.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (insurance and customer payments).
• Post and track parts invoices, vendor bills, and job costs.
• Reconcile repair orders with financial records.
• Assist with payroll, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Keep books clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
