UNIBODY Autotech Collision in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Controller in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You'll handle parts, job costing, and insurance receivables within a dedicated collision accounting system.

This role focuses on practical accounting work rather than general ledger tasks. Training will cover CCC ONE and collision procedures; you’ll learn how shop operations impact financials while maintaining accurate records and audit-ready books.

Formación

• 1+ year accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Willing to learn CCC ONE and collision industry terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• On-site work in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsabilidades

• Support Controller with daily accounting + financial tracking.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (insurance + customer payments).
• Post and track parts invoices, vendor bills, and job costs.
• Reconcile repair orders with financial records.
• Assist with payroll, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Perform bank + credit card reconciliations.
• Keep books clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
