Role Overview:
Support data governance initiatives by managing and optimizing governance tools. Develop and deliver training on tool usage, configuration, and best practices. Monitor and report on adoption metrics and ROI. Maintain tool performance, security, and role management. Lead user support across key use cases like lineage, data quality, profiling, and impact analysis. Collaborate with analysts to align tools with business needs. Promote data privacy, protection, and compliance through effective tool utilization. Ensure internal training on tool use, configuration, and procedures to increase adoption and ROI. Educate team members on tool roadmaps and best practices. Manage roles and security configurations. Keep tools updated, maintained, and efficiently utilized. Assist with crawling, profiling, lineage, data quality rules, impact analyses, sensitivity and DLP scanning. Train analysts on the tools and ensure data protection and privacy are enhanced through proper use.
