Qualifications

• Prior coaching and/or playing experience at least at collegiate level preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize all aspects of the assistant coach role as per the Coaches Manual.
• Assist in recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
• Represent the head coach in their absence.
• Maintain understanding of NCAA, MAC rules and report violations.
• Pass the NCAA Division III Recruiting Test.
• Promote Franciscan ideals and the University Mission.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to overall athletics program success with other duties as assigned.
