Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and graduate student-athletes.
• Assist in executing recruiting strategies to meet recruitment goals.
• Coordinate travel, game day operations, and equipment management.
• Support fundraising efforts for the softball program.
• Collaborate with Head Coach to monitor academic performance and personal development.
