Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of leasing or property experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of leasing & residence life, marketing, facilities, customer engagement, and overall team supervision and development.
• Serves as the company liaison to Hastings College and Scott Residential Management leadership teams.
• Provides support and guidance to managers and staff on complex issues.
• Works HR with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
• Ensures the property’s curb appeal reflects the value of service we provide with clean and well-maintained grounds and facilities.
