Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• One year of bowling coaching experience at college/high school/club/travel levels required.
• Collegiate coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NJCAA/NCAA/NAIA rules preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and leadership skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in planning and conducting in-season and off-season practice and conditioning.
• Assist Head Coach and players during competition days.
• Help players develop bowling skills through training and conditioning.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting new players; may travel to regional events.
• Assist in scheduling practices, travel, and related logistics.
• Represent the Athletic Department and bowling program on college committees/events.
• Communicate with other conference and region bowling coaches.
• Participate in professional development including NJCAA regulations and CPR/AED training.
• Secure and maintain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.
• Support academic progress reports and academic support activities for student-athletes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
