Job summary

Salt Lake Community College is seeking a part-time writing tutor to conduct one-to-one and small-group conferences with student writers. Under the supervision of the Director of College Writing and Reading Centers, you will provide response-oriented feedback to help students improve writing skills.

The role involves coaching, documenting assessments, and participating in ongoing training. You will work on-site in Utah as part of SLCC's Writing Center, supporting diverse learners and contributing

Qualifications

• Coaching/consulting students with writing assignments.
• Completion of tracking/assessment documentation.
• Initial and ongoing in-service training.
