Job summary

College of Southern Nevada is seeking a student worker to assist in maintaining an organized, welcoming office environment. You will copy, scan documents, prepare materials, and help organize meetings and events, using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as needed.

Applicants must have basic computer skills, be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality. This position is part-time, with a Work Study award and requires enrollment in CSN degree program. Posting closes 2026-10-02.

  • Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment.
  • Make copies, scan documents, and prepare materials as requested.

  • Show a financial aid eligible major (degree or certificate program) declared with the CSN Office of the Registrar, and

  • Show degree compliant enrollment for each semester/term for which funding is desired.
  • Be enrolled in at least 6 credits and meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program for summer semester/term employment.
  • *Student’s cannot work another part-time position within NSHE at the same time they are employed as a CSN College Work Study student.
