Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running a program aligned with Connecticut College, NESCAC and NCAA Division III standards.
• Plan and execute practices, scrimmages and competitions while maintaining safety.
• Support recruitment in compliance with NCAA rules and college policy.
• Coordinate with Athletics staff on academic progress and wellbeing.
• Oversee team communications, events, and social/media efforts.
