Job summary

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College seeks a College Representative/Recruiter for the Main Campus to support recruiting, admissions and advising across the region. Travel, evening and weekend work are required, with collaboration to implement recruitment plans.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Experience working with the public and database usage.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a college setting.
• Understanding of higher education recruitment and admissions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as recruiter for the College providing outreach services.
• Assist with planning and presenting weekly admission information sessions.
• Follow up with applicants and prospects.
• Answer routine admissions inquiries by mail or email.
• Set office hours for prospect appointments and walk-ins.
• Serve on the recruiting/admissions advisory committee with high school counselors.
• Stay informed about programs and Workforce Development offerings.
• Maintain flexible hours for evening/weekend events and college nights.
• Attend college fairs and career sessions and related outreach events.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
