Job summary

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is recruiting for a College Representative/Recruiter to assist with recruiting, admissions and advising functions. This person will support the Director of Admissions and Career Services to formulate and implement region-based recruitment plans using demographic analyses and market data.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Experience working with the public and database usage.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Higher education recruitment and admissions familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as recruiter for the College providing outreach services.
• Assist with planning and presenting weekly admission information sessions and other on-campus recruiting functions.
• Follow up with applicants and prospects to support admissions.
• Answer routine inquiries about admissions.
• Establish office hours for prospect appointments and walk-ins.
