Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of college advising experience preferred.
• Experience with college readiness platforms and exams.
• Comfort working with campus leadership and district-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-wide and campus-level college readiness plans with leadership.
• Oversee college and career readiness programs and platforms across campuses.
• Manage outreach activities for students and parents and coordinate college visits.
• Deliver professional development workshops on college readiness platforms and processes.
• Analyze college readiness data and identify groups with specific needs.
• Address campus needs with the CCMR advising team to meet benchmarks.
