You will facilitate tutoring sessions in math and science or language arts, implement a clear behavior management system, and support college readiness while collaborating with families and the counseling team.

Qualifications

• Education: 48 hours of college credit with GPA ≥2.5 or two years of full-time K-12 instructional experience.
• Strong instructional and behavior-management abilities.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate tutoring sessions and provide targeted practice in Road to and Through College classrooms.
• Use a consistent behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives.
• Support student learning and college readiness through one-on-one guidance.
• Minimum of 10–20 hours spent at school per week.
