Job summary

Erie Community College's Information Technology department seeks a full-time faculty member to teach IT courses, develop syllabi, and assess student learning outcomes. You will provide office hours, advise students, and contribute to departmental goals.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Java, and SQL is expected; Oracle Academy certification is required within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the college level.
• Oracle Academy certification required within 30 days of hire or as per policy.

Responsibilities
