Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, rooftops, air handlers.
Monitor BAS/DDC systems and temperature controls.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic controls.
Respond to service requests and emergencies; maintain documentation and records.
