The College of Fine Arts at the University of Kentucky seeks an Administrative Staff Officer II, titled College Business Operations Manager, to lead financial and business operations. Reporting to the CFO/Assistant Dean for Finance, you will manage budgets, financial reporting, grant oversight, and supervise administrative staff.

You will prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP, Tableau, and Excel, monitor accounts, and support college‑level financial planning.

Competenze

Budget management and financial reporting experience.
Experience with Federal Grants budgeting and post‑award activities.
Supervisory experience with administrative staff.
Proficiency with SAP and Tableau, plus strong Excel skills.
Solid MS Windows and Outlook proficiency.
