Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a diligent Data Coordinator to maintain student databases for College and Career Readiness indicators in a California-based program. You will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to define metrics and monitor progress toward graduation and CCR goals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with transcripts and graduation requirements, and a detail-oriented, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Counseling preferred.
• Experience in school counseling preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student databases related to College and Career Readiness indicators.
• Collaborate to define and track lead measures predicting CCR competencies.
• Use early warning indicators to identify students at risk of not graduating.
• Create databases of at-risk students and track progress toward graduation and CCR indicators.
• Develop systematic strategies with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support students.
• Collect and enter transcripts, dual enrollment credits, AP exam scores, CHSPE records, and related documentation.
• Review graduation plans and raise concerns with assigned guidance counselors.
• Track caseload students for one year post-graduation.
• Communicate with withdrawing students to support continued enrollment and graduation planning.
• Build rapport with families and communicate regularly with at-risk parents and students.
• Disseminate student information to teachers and guidance counselors.
• Attend training and professional development.
• Proctor in-person state testing as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
