Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking a College and Career Pathways Manager to lead dual enrollment, CTE pathways, and work-based learning across its California school sites. You will collaborate with Regional teams and partner colleges to enhance college readiness and career exposure for students.

You will manage pathway operations, training, and external partnerships, while aligning academic programming with district goals and grant opportunities to reduce inequities in college preparedness.

Qualifications

• Commitment to students and learning.
• Knowledge of A-G, early college programming, and guided college pathways preferable (or interest in learning).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills with demonstrated ability to write clearly.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and interact effectively with different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support master scheduling aligned with pathway development.
• Coordinate pathway teacher training and externship opportunities.
• Hire and supervise pathway staff (internships coordinators, pathways coaches).
• Develop pathway marketing materials and family/community communication plan and implementation.
• Monitor pathway data and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Develop MOUs and partnership agreements with partner organizations.
• Collaborate with local colleges to align CTE/Pathway sequences of college courses.
• Pursue and monitor pathway grants and related funding.
