Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience — Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Clear communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports.
• Mathematical and analytical abilities to handle discounts, percentages, and financial figures.
• Strong reasoning to define problems and derive solutions; ability to interpret complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize office operations related to student accounting, billing, cash receipts, and credit card processing.
• Administer billing for non-student activities and donor accounts.
• Assist in developing policies governing financial relations with students, housing, dining, bookstore, and facilities.
• Audit and improve procedures to enhance internal controls and efficiency.
