As College Bound Coordinator, you’ll provide 1:1 support to students navigating community college, four-year programs, and graduate school — helping them set goals, navigate barriers, and access the resources and relationships they need to finish what they started.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years experience supporting underserved students
• Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and organized planner

Preferred

• Lived foster care experience
• First-generation college graduate
• Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required

Full-time, hourly/non-exempt. Pay range: $23–$28/hour. San Diego, CA.
