Spokane Colleges seeks a Sports Information Manager to promote athletic events and coordinate marketing activities for students. Under the Athletics Director, you will manage media relations, compile statistics, and oversee live streaming for home games, ensuring accurate information reaches NWACC and the public.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing or related field.
• Experience in fundraising, game management, sports information, concessions, promotion or marketing.
• Knowledge of fundraising, promoting and marketing athletic activities/events.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market all department programs and athletic events on campuses.
• Coordinate home athletic events including live streaming setup.
• Maintain and update departmental and web pages and social media presence.
• Provide sports information for teams and department to media and NWACC.
• Prepare and distribute press releases; compile statistics and reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies and assist with district directives.
• Support Spokane Colleges' strategic plan and other duties as assigned.
