  • Attend Pre-Service Orientation and Mentor Fellowship Training.
  • Be organized enough to handle data effectively.
  • Commit to 40 hours per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Guide boys and young men of color as they navigate their education path.
  • Help students with college applications and securing financial aid.
