Granite Edvance, based in Concord, NH, is seeking a College Access Specialist to guide students through college planning, admissions, and financial aid processes. You will conduct one-on-one counseling, deliver presentations, and provide resources to diverse student populations with regular NH travel.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple projects, and flexibility to work 8am–8pm and occasional evenings. This full-time hybrid position offers benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse range of students and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within New Hampshire up to 80% and some travel outside the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling and college planning guidance for students.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to students, families, and school partners on college access topics.
• Provide resources, FAFSA and financial aid planning information, and personalized college success support.
• Collaborate with the Education & Career Pathways team and travel as required to partner sites.
