Job summary

College Possible is recruiting an in-person College Access Coach for a 2027–2028 service year. You will coach high school juniors and seniors inside a partner high school, support college applications, and participate in mandatory training Fridays.

Reliable transportation and office/placement duties are required. The role is full-time, with a 40–45 hour week, and includes living stipend, Segal Education Award, and health insurance through AmeriCorps.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident per AmeriCorps requirements.
• College graduate between 2021 and 2026 (or age limit by Aug 2026).
• Must clear National Service Criminal History Check and other security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach college prep and coaching at local high school.
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to students to develop college plans.
• Recruit students, run information sessions, and lead in-school activities.
• Maintain and update student records; submit timesheets and reports.
