Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• In-office Maple Grove, MN; CST/CDT hours, 40 hours per week.
• Comfort on the phone with the ability to ask for payment and negotiate.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with collections or accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed collection and revenue goals.
• Work accounts assigned efficiently by meeting productivity and activity goals.
• Provide excellent service and communication to customers/clients.
• Update the collection system accurately with interaction details.
• Assist with settlements and payment plans as needed.
• Support client needs and maintain professional relationships.
