The Norton Healthcare Collector role focuses on timely disposition of accounts through detailed follow-up with payers, physician offices, and patients. You will leverage analytical skills to support accurate reimbursement and drive key performance metrics for Norton Healthcare.

• The Collector is responsible for the timely and complete disposition of assigned accounts through detailed follow-up /contact with payers, payer websites, physician office and patients.
• Utilizes analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
• Works to achieve Norton Healthcare goals including A/R Days, Cash Collection Goal, Revenue Recovery Percentage, Bad Debt Goal, and other metrics.

Responsibilities

The Collector is responsible for the timely and complete disposition of assigned accounts through detailed follow-up /contact with payers, payer websites, physician office and patients. Complete disposition includes the resolution of assigned hospital accounts. Utilizes analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Works to achieve Norton Healthcare goals which include, but are not limited to: A/R Days, Cash Collection Goal, Revenue Recovery Percentage, Bad Debt Goal, assigned work queues at zero, etc. Also responsible for achieving individual quality and productivity goals.
