Hatalom Corporation is seeking a Collective Staff Trainer II (LET) in support of MCIS at Fort Carson, Colorado. The role focuses on developing technical and training solutions for Army mission command training and coordinating unit collective training from Battalion to Corps.

The ideal candidate brings advanced instructional development experience, MCIS proficiency, and a DoD security clearance, with eight years in military training and eight in instructional development, plus a CGSC/ILE/Battle

Qualifications

• Eight years of instructional development experience.
• Eight years of military training experience.
• Three years of program/project management experience.
• Completed CGSC, ILE, WOAC, or Battle Staff Course, or equivalent.
• MCIS operation proficiency and two MCIS qualification minimum.
• US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical and training solutions for Army mission command.
• Stay current with doctrinal and training methodologies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training from Battalion to Corps.
• Assist leadership in planning training to meet objectives.
• Identify gaps and coordinate resources to fill them.
• Mentor or act as observer/trainer when needed.
• Gather observations and provide input to AARs.
• Maintain a repository of relevant TTPs.

Collective Staff Trainer II (LET)

Summary: Hatalom is seeking a Collective Staff Trainer II (LET) in support of MCIS in Ft. Carson, Colorado to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army mission command training.
• Keeps abreast of doctrinal, operational and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at ranging echelons ranging from Battalion to Corps.
• Assists unit leadership in planning collective training at training that will meet their training objectives.
• Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
• Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested.
• Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.
• Be qualified to operate at least two Army MCIS
• United States citizen
• Active Secret Clearance

Experience:

• (8) eight years' related experience in instructional development.
• (8) eight years' experience with Military training and training support.
• (3) three years' experience of program/project management.
• Have completed the Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), the Army Warrant Officer Advanced Course, the Army Battle Staff Course, served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier, or served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant in a Battalion, Brigade, Division or Corps command post.

LOCATION:

Fort Carson, CO - relocation assistance is not available for this position.
