Jobtailor is seeking a senior collections supervisor to lead and manage a group of collectors on the floor, driving performance and enforcing company policies. You will train staff, supervise supervisors, and ensure professional demeanor in all interactions while resolving issues and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and driving the collection floor.
• Deliver collector training.
• Monitoring of supervisors.
• Implementing company policies and procedures.
• Resolves problems and makes recommendations for improving account handling processes.
• Management and supervision of an assigned collection group.
• Leadership of their individual assigned collection group.
• Proficiency in the art of collecting money.
• Responsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff's negotiation, tasking, and talk off skills.
• Responsible in for all administrative tasks as needed for group.
• Responsible to aid their VP of Operations in enforcing company policies.
• Responsible in always presenting a professional demeanor and attitude to the collection staff.
